What Do Non-Christians Need to See From Us? (Valentine’s Day Love Post #1)

It’s Valentine’s Week!! So I’m posting a series of blogs on love. Pretty original, eh? Stay tuned… I think you’ll love it!
What was the most important thing Jesus ever said? When asked what the greatest commandment was, His answer was to love God and love people. On His way to the garden to be arrested, His final words to His disciples were to love one another in the same manner that He had loved them.
This week I wanna blog about love. I believe it has everything to do with evangelism. The world sees many things from Christians, but what they need to see the most is how much we love each other. Apparently, it was quite important to Christ when He was on the earth. And it still is. The risen Savior still commands us to love each other.
So for your convenience, I’ve copied and pasted from BibleGateway.com a series of verses on loving each other. Read ’em. Study ’em. And meditate on them this week. Make this part of your devotions. These passages are quite powerful. You’ll, no doubt, be inspired to love your brothers and sisters. And when we do that, the world will know who we really are!
